
City Clerk The City Clerk is directly elected by the citizens and is responsible under Section 620 and 621 of the City Charter to serve as the custodian of the City Seal and to keep the record of proceedings of the City Council including ordinances, resolutions, and minutes. In addition, the City Clerk provides information to citizens and City departments as well as support services to City departments as required.
ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS TO COMMISSIONS, BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
The City Council will be making appointments to fill seats on Cable TV Advisory Board, Civil Service Commission, Commission on Aging, Library Commission and Traffic Comission on Tuesday, January 23, 2010.
