
City Clerk The City Clerk is directly elected by the citizens and is responsible under Section 620 and 621 of the City Charter to serve as the custodian of the City Seal and to keep the record of proceedings of the City Council including ordinances, resolutions, and minutes. In addition, the City Clerk provides information to citizens and City departments as well as support services to City departments as required.
APPOINTMENTS TO COMMISSIONS, BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
Positions on three commissions and one board will be filled at a public meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, for Cable TV Advisory Board, Civil Service Commission, Commission on Aging, and Parks and Recreation.
